Last updated November 1, 2026
This policy explains how Groundline Projects LLC, doing business as Groundline Contractors, uses information from our website and client project pages.
What you share with us
When you ask about a project, we collect the contact details, project description, location, budget range, timing and other information you provide. If you use your project page, we also keep the photos, messages, choices, approvals and project records you share with us.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, plan and manage your project, keep your project page up to date, record your decisions and protect access to your account. Sign-in codes help us check that you control your mobile number or a previously verified email address.
Texts and email
With your consent, we send sign-in codes and messages about your project request. These are service messages, not marketing subscriptions. Message frequency depends on your requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts. For help, call 201-648-5055.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers may process this information to operate our website, store project records and deliver messages for us.
Who can access project information
Your project page is available to you and authorized Groundline team members. We use Amazon Web Services for hosting, private file storage and message delivery. We may share information when needed to fulfill your project, follow the law or protect people and our services.
Cookies and website measurement
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. The session expires after 12 hours, or after 30 days if you choose to stay signed in. We use PostHog for page visits and session recordings across our website and applications, including client project pages, to understand how they work. Recordings show page layouts and interactions with text and form values masked. Passwords, sign-in codes, photos, documents, network contents and console logs are excluded. We do not send your name, email address or phone number as an analytics identity.
Your choices and records
You can contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of information we hold about you. We keep records as needed to manage projects, support warranties, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Some project, contract and transaction records may need to be retained after a request.
You can call us about your project without enrolling in texts. Stopping texts prevents text-based sign-in; an email address verified from your project page can provide another sign-in option.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and show the new update date.
