We visit the space

At the property, we walk through the rooms with you and look at the conditions we need to plan around. This is where we can talk through your priorities, practical limits, and the details that are easier to understand in person.

We make a plan and give you an estimate
Before construction starts, we get clear on the work, the cost, and the timing.
We turn the conversation and site visit into a plan for moving forward. We align on the work we are pricing, the choices that still need to be made, and the timing that makes sense for the project.

We build it and keep you updated

We walk through the finished work with you
We review the finished space together and close out the last details.
Near the end of the project, we walk through the completed work with you. We make a list of any final items, complete the closeout, and make sure you have a clear record of the work that was done.
